I had combined a set of CrossStreams Plate with full charges available (50 charges) with my Le'Megen Plate armor. When I did so, all of the charges dissappeared from the item. I don't know if this is an issue on all of the servers, but it occured on the Elysia server.

A DM should be able to reset the charges for you, so ping the DM channel when you get the time.
